We take a project from first drawing to final commissioning, then hand it straight to our own maintenance operation, so the client keeps one partner for the entire life of the building.
We self-deliver more than 90% of every project with our own directly-employed teams, drawing on a fully vetted supply chain only where genuinely specialist services are required — so there are no gaps between design intent and delivered reality, and no handover cliff-edge between the team that built the asset and the team that keeps it compliant.
On a single Stein project we coordinate and install the full spectrum of building services in-house — no trade left to a third party, no interface risk between packages. Our project teams take design responsibility, sequence every discipline against one master programme, and commission the building as an integrated whole.
Where a project benefits from it, we move work off the critical path and into controlled offsite manufacture. Pre-fabricated plant skids, modular pipework and pre-wired assemblies are built and quality-checked in the workshop, then installed on site in a fraction of the time.
The result is tighter quality control, less time and disturbance on site, safer working, and a more predictable programme — exactly what matters on tight construction windows and busy live estates.
