Belgrave Logistics Park

The brief

Large-scale logistics and industrial developments live or die on their power and lighting. Belgrave Logistics Park needed a robust M&E backbone that could carry the demands of a working distribution environment — and, increasingly, a green-energy strategy that turns big roof areas into generation.

What we delivered

Stein Group self-delivered the electrical installation across the development — power distribution designed for industrial loads, and lighting engineered for the large volumes and yards that a logistics park depends on.

Solar PV was built into the scheme as part of a green-energy provision, using the scale of the roofscape to offset running cost and carbon. Bringing the PV in alongside the distribution and lighting meant one team coordinated generation and demand rather than bolting renewables on afterwards.
