Stein Group's mechanical team took the plant offline in a phased, controlled isolation, stripped out the redundant distribution pipework and installed the replacement runs. The system was then flushed, refilled and fully recommissioned so it was ready to fire the moment the building reopened.
Working to the immovable deadline of the school calendar, the team sequenced the works to compress the whole replacement into the shutdown window — self-delivered, so the programme stayed under one team's control from isolation to recommissioning.
